Sunday Morning Glory : Gentle yoga, Sound Bath, and Contrast Therapy.
Sunday Mid Day: Explore sourdough through bagel making, whip up some lemon curd, sip on some spiced candy cap infused cider. Enjoy a little brunch!
Sunday afternoon: Learn to identify and gather edible varieties, as well as the key features of mushroom morphology and more about mycological collaborative ecology. Then warm up with a sauna. Wrap up the day with a risotto making demo and tasting.
